Role Summary:

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer with 5+ years of experience to lead end-to-end experience design across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms. This role requires strong product thinking, hands-on design execution, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to create scalable, intuitive, and impactful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end UX/UI design processes research, concept, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and validation.

Translate business goals, customer insights, and product strategy into intuitive experience frameworks and interaction models.

Conduct user research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and insight synthesis to inform design decisions.

Design scalable UI systems, component libraries, and experience guidelines ensuring consistency across products.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to drive solution thinking rather than screen-level execution.

Review implemented designs, ensure interaction fidelity, and guide engineering teams during implementation.

Mentor junior designers, provide design reviews, and contribute to design process maturity within the organization.

Stay updated with emerging UX trends, accessibility standards, and evolving design practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for web, mobile, or enterprise products.

Strong portfolio demonstrating problem solving, product thinking, research-led design, and visual execution.

Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.

Strong understanding of user research methods, usability testing, journey mapping, and interaction design.

Experience building and maintaining design systems and scalable component libraries.

Solid understanding of responsive, mobile-first, and accessibility-driven design practices.

Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders and engineering teams.

Strong collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in SaaS, enterprise platforms, or MarTech ecosystems.

Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, component frameworks).

Exposure to analytics-driven design, experimentation (A/B testing), and data-informed UX decisions.

Motion design and micro-interaction experience is a plus.

Experience mentoring designers or leading design initiatives.
