About the Role

As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in designing engaging and user-centric interfaces for our digital products including websites, dashboards, and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences.

This role requires a strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and modern UI trends. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of transforming complex business requirements into simple and effective design solutions.

You will also contribute to improving the overall user journey by building scalable design systems, reusable components, and responsive layouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for websites, dashboards, and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Apply strong color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy principles to deliver modern UI designs.
• Develop scalable design systems using Auto Layout and reusable components.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Translate business requirements into user-friendly design solutions.
• Ensure consistency in branding, layout, and user experience across all digital products.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma for UI design and prototyping.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Good understanding of UX principles, design processes, and design systems.
• Experience in Website Design, Dashboard Design, and Mobile App Design.
• Strong knowledge of Color Theory, Typography, Auto Layouts, and Responsive Design.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design flows.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches.
• Understanding of accessibility and responsive design standards.
• Knowledge of Generative AI tools will be an added advantage.
