UX/UI Designer

What Youll Do

• Lead with Research:Know when to investigate and when to move. Use research, insights, and data to shape decisions and elevate the user experience.
• Turn Problems into Products:Translate user needs and business goals into thoughtful, scalable design solutions that balance usability, feasibility, and delight.
• Wireframe & Prototype with Purpose:Create clear flows, wireframes, and prototypes at speed- communicating ideas with precision and intent.
• Test, Learn, Iterate:Validate concepts through usability testing and prototyping, ensuring each iteration moves the product meaningfully forward.
• Craft Beautiful Interfaces:Design visually rich, pixel-perfect screens with mastery of grids, typography, spacing, and visual harmony.
• Build & Maintain Design Systems:Develop cohesive visual systems, reusable UI libraries, and scalable components that drive consistency across touchpoints.
• Design for Interaction:Bring interfaces to life with micro-interactions, motion cues, and thoughtful transitions that enhance usability and emotional connection.
• Tell the Story:Create narrative-led designs where clarity, emotion, and intention guide every screen and decision.
• Design Across Breakpoints:Deliver responsive, cross-platform interfaces that adapt elegantly to multiple form factors.
• Collaborate Deeply:Partner with UX, content, product, technology, and leadership teams to bring ideas from concept to launch.
• Work Smart with Tools:Be fluent in Figma, FigJam and leverage AI tools to accelerate thinking and execution.

Qualifications -

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field of study
• 2+ years' of experience in design
