Responsibilities:
- Research Basics Champion: Your basic of research are clear and you have a knack to identify behaviour, attitudes, preferences and pain points.
- Tactful collaborator: Forge and nurture existing alliances with product managers, designers and engineers, collaborating seamlessly to translate research findings into impactful product enhancements. It's not just about data it's about understanding and uncovering the human element behind it.
- Innovative Insights: Be the driving force behind innovative research methodologies and practices, setting new standards in user research. Your insights will be the catalyst for transformative product experiences.
- Clear Communication: Articulate research findings with finesse, ensuring stakeholders across the organisation comprehend the significance and implications. From technical wizards to non-tech enthusiasts, your insights resonate with everyone.
- Perfect Practitioner: Share your research expertise, practicing and sharpening your skill while empowering to build products. Together, we elevate the standard of user-centricity.
- Initiative Enthusiast: Dive into broader research initiatives as and when needed with a mentor., contributing your expertise to shape a culture of research excellence within the team.
- Attention to Detail: Your first task is to include User Insights at the beginning of your communication. Attention to detail is paramount in this role!

Qualifications:
- Years of Expertise: You have a track record of at least 2-3 years in the realm of user research, demonstrating proficiency in gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
- Rigour and Practice: You are open to improving your craft while engaging in feedback from internal and external stakeholders with discipline and Focus
- Effective Communicator: Your ability to convey complex research findings in a clear and compelling manner is unparalleled. Bonus points for making data visualisation a captivating experience.
- Confidence in High-Stakes Settings: Representing the research team in critical discussions? No sweat. Your confidence and poise shine in high-pressure environments.
