Title: UX Program Manager

Locations: Bangaluru, India (Hybrid - 2/3 days per week onsite)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Facilitate communication and alignment between designers, researchers, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders (including executive leadership) to ensure a unified development process.
Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and communication strategies for a portfolio of AI-focused initiatives, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and milestones.
Lead regular meetings and communication with internal partners to track progress, manage dependencies, resolve issues, and proactively identify potential risks.
Prepare briefings, presentations, and communications materials for executives, ensuring they are well-informed about project progress and key milestones.
Identify opportunities to streamline team processes, workflows, and tools to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience managing and scaling UX related programs.
10 years of experience driving operational efforts across organizations.
Experience managing programs and projects with a focus on user experience and design in a technology-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with the product development lifecycle.
Experience working with AI technologies or projects.
Knowledge of industry wide technology trends and issues.

Ability to undertake user-centered design principles and create products and experiences that meet users needs.
