UX Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and scalable experiences for our SaaS products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing enterprise or B2B applications, with a deep understanding of user behavior, business goals, and SaaS workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to understand business requirements and user needs.
• Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile SaaS applications.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, journey maps, and UI specifications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and analytics.
• Maintain design systems and UI pattern libraries for consistency and scalability.
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and usability best practices are implemented.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design process for complex applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to product design.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development workflows.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Experience designing dashboards, admin panels, and complex enterprise workflows.
• Understanding of analytics tools to track UX metrics (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end frameworks to communicate with developers.
