Job Description:

Conduct user research and usability testing
Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma especially Map based workflows.
Create interactive prototypes and maintain design systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, developers, researchers)
Iterate designs based on feedback and analytics
Ensure accessibility and responsive design

Skills & Tools

Proficiency in Figma , Sketch , Adobe XD , InVision
Strong grasp of user-centered design , visual hierarchy , and interaction patterns
Familiarity with HTML/CSS , React , or mobile frameworks is a plus
Experience with usability testing , design critique , and design documentation
