Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered experiences for Android and Desktop applications , with a strong focus on map-based workflows and field-use environments . The role requires close collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into effective design solutions using modern UX tools and practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research , interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mock-ups using Figma (map-based workflows preferred)
• Create interactive prototypes and clickable demos
• Design responsive and accessible interfaces for mobile and desktop applications
• Build information architecture, sitemaps, and navigation models
• Maintain design systems, style guides, and design documentation
• Collaborate closely with PMs, developers, and researchers
• Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and usability results
• Ensure accessibility standards and usability best practices are followed
• Stay current with UX trends, tools, and industry best practices

Primary Skills (Must Have)

• Strong expertise in Figma
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility
• Experience designing for Android and Desktop applications
• Wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design
• Usability testing and design iteration
• Visual hierarchy, interaction patterns, and typography

Secondary Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with map-based or geospatial workflows
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Exposure to React, React Native, Flutter, Kotlin, or Swift
• Experience working with design systems
• Knowledge of field-based or low-light UI design considerations
