As a UX Designer II on the FDE Apps Platform team, you will collaborate with PMs, Engineers, and designers to craft intuitive, scalable, and engaging user experiences across a suite of enterprise-grade financial web and AI applications. You’ll conceptualize and design original solutions for complex problems, ensuring simplicity and ease of use.
 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of design experience.
  • Expertise in Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, and prototyping tools.
  • Demonstrated experience driving design from concept to implementation, including wireframes, mockups, and developer handoff.
  • Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
 
Preferred (Good to Have)
  • Passion for design and strong interaction/visual design skills.
  • Experience solving complex design issues and shipping experiences.
  • A user-centric approach with the ability to apply research insights effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

This role involves working in an agile environment, shipping high-quality experiences, and effectively communicating design solutions across the team. Responsibilities include defining and creating user experiences, generating original ideas, and collaborating to deliver high-quality products within deadlines.
