UX Designer (Fintech/SaaS)

We are looking for a talented and creative UX Designer with 2-3 Years of experience who can seamlessly blend aesthetics and functionality. The ideal candidate should be skilled in user experience design of making intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for Fintech/Baking SaaS products , while also being proficient in company branding, marketing design, newsletters, social media creatives, and graphic design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and development, to deliver designs that not only look great but perform exceptionally.

Work Location: Bangalore (WFO)

Experience: 2-3 years

Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain the companys branding across all platforms.
• Design marketing materials, including newsletters, brochures, landing pages, etc.
• Create engaging visual content for social media, blogs, and other digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign goals through creative assets.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
• Take ownership of graphic design work including illustrations, icons, and presentations.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in UX design and graphic design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, etc.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Experience designing for digital platforms including websites, emails, and social media.
• Ability to turn abstract ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Familiarity with basic UX research methods and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong portfolio showcasing design work.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with SaaS or tech-based companies.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools.
