UX Designer II – Mid-Level
Role Summary:
UX Designer II is a mid-level role responsible for owning design features and contributing to broader product strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design efforts for specific features or products.
- Translate complex problems into intuitive user experiences.
- Conduct and apply user research to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and research teams.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems.
Skills Required:
- 4+ years of experience in UX design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design.
- Expertise in Figma or similar tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
