UX Designer III – Senior-Level
Role Summary:
UX Designer III leads large-scale design initiatives and mentors junior designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end design for complex, multi-tiered platforms.
- Conduct advanced user research and data analysis.
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and leadership.
- Maintain and evolve design guidelines and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business and user goals.
Skills Required:
- 7+ years of experience or equivalent advanced degree.
- Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and design tools (Axure, Photoshop, HTML/CSS).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in scalable UI design and enterprise-level products
