Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zones)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven US IT Recruiter with 12 years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates for various IT requirements across different tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete US IT recruitment lifecycle.
• Work on direct client requirements and implementation partner requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screenings.
• Negotiate rates/salary and work terms with candidates.
• Submit candidates to vendors/clients and follow up for feedback.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
• Maintain and update internal ATS/database.
• Ensure proper documentation (work authorization, visa status, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipeline.

Required Skills:

• 12 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US visa types (H1B, GC, USC).
• Knowledge of tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and Boolean search.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones).
• Target-oriented and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with direct clients.
• Experience using ATS tools.
• Good knowledge of rate negotiation and compliance process.
