- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job boards, databases, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job opportunities on relevant platforms (e.g., Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn..).
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Gather and verify candidate details such as visa status, employment eligibility, and required documentation.
- Follow up with candidate post-interview and provide feedback in a timely manner.
- Provide updates to clients and hiring teams regarding the status of recruitment efforts.
- Ensure all candidate documentation is complete and compliant with client and company policies.
- Stay updated on current US market trends, in-demand technologies, and industry-specific hiring challenges.
- Assist with documentation related to onboarding and compliance requirements.
- Assist with ad hoc recruitment and administrative tasks.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- 0-2 Years of experience as USIT recruiter
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Timing 7.30 pm - 4.30 am IST (US CST Time Zone)
