Position Summary
Level: Lead Solution Advisor
Lead Solution Advisors manage and drive the enterprise delivery of encryption and PKI solutions for clients requiring strategic oversight and technical excellence. You will supervise project teams, defining operational procedures, escalation paths, and compliance strategies. This leadership role requires blending technical depth with people skills, enabling you to guide complex projects from inception through deployment and optimization. You will advise clients on industry standards, implement advanced solutions, and ensure the team adheres to service levels and best practices. Ideal for seasoned professionals seeking to expand their impact through direct client engagement, mentoring, and solution innovation.
Work youll do:
- Architect and oversee multi-phase encryption and PKI implementations.
- Manage escalations and drive team alignment to project milestones.
- Design technical roadmaps for long-term solution delivery.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting on complex issues.
- Mentor and support other advisors within the team.
- Coordinate meetings and represent the solution practice in client forums.
- Enforce high standards for documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Optimize resource utilization across projects and engagements.
- Direct upgrades, policy changes, and strategic process improvements.
- Analyze business needs and advise clients on emerging security trends.
- Ensure project success by balancing technical details with strategic advisory.

Qualifications:
Must have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications:
- 57 years encryption/PKI project leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise Encryption and CLM solutions (DigiCert TLM, Vormetric, Venafi, Keyfactor, AppviewX, Azure Key Vault, SandboxAQ, SSH Key Management or HSMs.).
- Minimum 4+ years of direct implementation and operational support of encryption and PKI technologies.
- Strong ability to lead and guide policy configuration, upgrades, and integration for encryption tools.
- Knowledge of "Post Quantum Cryptography" and "SSH Key Management".
- Demonstrated experience deploying and managing Encryption & PKI solutions across various projects or clients.
- Provide recommendations and best practices for DAM operations, including system optimization and periodic tool upgrades.
- Solid working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments for operational support.
- Oversight of encryption tool availability, readiness, and health monitoring.
- Author and review technical standard operating procedures for encryption platforms.
- Coordination of day-to-day operations and ongoing client relationship management.
- Monitor compliance with established objectives, SLAs/SLOs/OLAs, and lead incident, change, and service request processes.
- Conduct status meetings/workshops with clients to align expectations, gather feedback, and drive progress.
- Proactively identify operational improvements and communicate solutions to clients.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and logical thinking skills.
- Effective communicator able to represent security solutions to stakeholders at varying levels.
Good to have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications:
- Scripting, CISSP or advanced Encryption related certification, client strategy development.
Education:
BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
