Position Summary
Level: Lead Solution Advisor
As an experienced Lead Solution Advisor at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-based, you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work youll do:
Architect, design, and implement large-scale identity and access management (IAM) solutions
Advanced debugging and troubleshooting issues, including interacting with technology vendors
Contribute to eminence activities, such as whitepapers pertaining to IAM technologies
Lead requirements gathering, design documentation by conducting workshops in onsite/offshore delivery model for multiple projects
Customise, configure, and develop IAM solution integrations using requirements and design and independently manage project deliverables to successful completion
Lead IAM strategy engagements (IAM road map, vendor selection, etc.)
Enabling business development by assisting in request for proposal and sales processes

The Cyber Identity team aims to provide thought leadership to organizations to help them create a seamless user experience for business users while protecting enterprise assets and applications and enabling efficient and optimized use of technology in the IAM domain.
Qualifications:
Must have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications:
Total experience of 5 to 7 years, including at least 3+ years of practical, hands-on implementation experience with Saviynt solutions.
Demonstrated proficiency in configuration, customisation, and integration of Saviynt Identity Governance tools within enterprise environments.
Solid understanding of key IAM concepts, identity lifecycle, access management, and compliance requirements as they relate to Saviynt.
Experience contributing to requirements gathering, solution design, application onboarding, workflow development, and user provisioning projects.
Familiarity with technologies supporting Saviynt deployments, including Java, REST APIs, database management (SQL/RDBMS), and Linux/Unix environments.
Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
Completion of relevant Saviynt/Identity Management certifications is preferred.
Good to have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications:
Exposure to additional IAM platforms (such as SailPoint, CyberArk, or Okta) and experience with cross-platform integrations.
Experience supporting cloud-based or hybrid IAM solutions using Saviynt.
Involvement in IAM industry activities, including webinars, knowledge sharing, or participation in user groups.
Additional professional certifications in cybersecurity or IAM (e.g., CISSP, Certified Identity and Access Manager).
Education:
BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
