Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements for SAP CRM processes (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.)
- Configure SAP CRM modules based on client needs and best practices
- Work closely with business stakeholders to design and deliver end-to-end CRM solutions
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and integrations
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
- Train end-users and prepare documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis, PI/PO) for solution delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in SAP CRM functional consulting
- Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle SAP CRM implementation
- Strong knowledge of SAP CRM modules: Sales, Service, Marketing.
- Experience with SAP ECC integration, middleware, and data migration
- Ability to write functional specifications and work with technical teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Customer Management
- Exposure to SAP Fiori and UI5 applications
- Make active contribution to the development of SMF-SAP team and ITS in general
- Overseeing innovation/ optimization on project within internal organization
- Has experience working with multi-projects in the short period of time
- Able to provide counsel for higher/ lower functions in a professional way
- Knowledge of methods of data collection and analysis
- Ability to understand and perform development testing on related tasks associated with data migration and cleansing
- Ability to collect, evaluate and analyze data to develop alternative recommendations, solve problems, document workflow and other activities relating to improvement of operational and management practices
- Ability to organize data into logical formats
- Ability to generate briefing papers, issue papers, and other management reports when required
- Knowledge, understanding, and experience with data integrity, database construction, data management and data analysis and data cleansing principles and practices
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
- Ability to conduct fact-found research
- The person should work independently and freely execute the general and specific roles to achieve confirmed targets, deliveries, projects, etc
