Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer / Developer with 23 years of experience in designing seamless user experiences and intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Figma , HTML/CSS , and a working knowledge of JavaScript and modern frontend practices. This role requires close collaboration with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to create visually appealing, scalable, and user-centric digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the subject matter expert for therapeutic areas, medical strategy, and compliance requirements.
• Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and design systems to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into meaningful UI/UX solutions.
• Create responsive, mobile-first UI designs ensuring compatibility across various devices and browsers.
• Provide front-end-ready assets and collaborate closely with developers using HTML and CSS.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve product design and functionality.
• Ensure consistency across typography, color schemes, iconography, and components through scalable design systems.
• Stay updated with modern design trends, prototyping tools, and UI patterns to enhance design quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Figmaincluding wireframing, prototyping, component libraries, and interaction design.
• Solid proficiency in HTML, CSS, and familiarity with JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers.
• Hands-on experience designing responsive, mobile-first interfaces.
• Knowledge of UX research, usability testing methodologies, and iterative design improvements.
• Strong understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, layout structures, and accessibility guidelines.
• Ability to convert complex workflows into clean, modern, and intuitive UI designs.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
