We work on very ambitious products.

1. 6 days a week, 9 hours/day, Fully remote
2. More often than not, you will work beyond 9 hours

4. Daily collaboration with a small, high-caliber team of engineers and product builders

If you are NOT deeply passionate about design, systems, and product quality, this role will not be a good fit.

1. Design end-to-end product experiences: dashboards, workflows, admin tools, AI-driven interfaces
2. Translate complex business and technical requirements into clean, intuitive UX
3. Own wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
4. Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
5. Design scalable design systems and reusable components
6. Think deeply about user flows, edge cases, and system constraints
7. Iterate fast based on feedback, data, and real-world usage

1. Figma (expert-level): components, auto-layout, variants, design systems
2. Spline (required): 3D elements, motion, interactive visuals
3. Strong grasp of UX principles: information architecture, usability, accessibility
4. Experience designing complex web apps (not just marketing pages)

1. Genuine love for UI/UX and product design
2. Experience designing real, shipped products
3. Strong product intuition and systems thinking
4. Comfort working with engineers in fast, ambiguous environments
5. High ownership, high stamina, high standards
