Job Description: UI/UX Designer

Company Description

At Pluto Mobility, were building scooter-sized 3W EVs purpose-built for last-mile delivery. Alongside hardware, were also building the digital layer that powers how these vehicles operate.

Role Description

• Designing user interfaces for vehicle dashboards and operational platforms
• Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Improving UX across internal and partner-facing systems
• Working closely with engineering, product, and operations teams
• Taking features from concept to final design handoff

What were looking for

• 23 years of experience in UI/UX or product design
• Strong fundamentals in usability, layout, hierarchy, and interaction design
• Experience owning at least one project end to end
• Understanding of Front-End Development and ability to communicate effectively with developers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve design functionality
• Knowledge of current design trends and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and within tight deadlines
• Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field is preferred

Bonus if youve worked in mobility, logistics, SaaS, or hardware-led environments.
