Job Summary:

Were on the lookout for a UI/UX Designer with a strong UI focus to join our Digital Products team. If you live and breathe pixels, love turning ideas into visually stunning interfaces, and can make a financial web & app look and feel as good as a lifestyle brand wed love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft pixel-perfect designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Bring wireframes to life with compelling, brand-consistent UI.
• Maintain & enhance our design system for a unified experience.
• Collaborate with UX, product managers & developers to ensure flawless execution.
• Stay ahead of design trends to keep our products fresh and intuitive.

What makes you a Great Fit?

• 23 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong emphasis on UI.
• Proficiency in Figma (primary) and/or tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Strong visual design skills, including layout, color theory, typography, and iconography.
• Good understanding of responsive design principles for web and mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
• Basic understanding of UX principles and user-centered design methodology.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing UI design projects (web and/or mobile).

Good to have :

• Experience in the fintech or BFSI domain.
• Knowledge of motion design/micro interactions.
• Basic HTML/CSS know-how.
