User Interface Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Architect to lead the implementation of user-facing components for our web applications. In this role, youll architect robust, scalable frontend systems that deliver exceptional user experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate with backend services. Key Responsibilities

• Govern and manage the technology for the frontend systems using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, ensuring high performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
• Lead the integration of frontend with backend services, leveraging Node.js for server-side rendering, API interactions, or build processes (e.g., via Express or Next.js).
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish best practices for frontend development, including state management (e.g., Redux, MobX) and testing (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability, implementing techniques like lazy loading, code splitting, and progressive web app (PWA) features.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, backend engineers, and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Analyze UI frontend code to identify recurring development issues, enforce coding standards, and provide actionable feedback to improve code quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Good professional experience in frontend development, with at least 3 years in an architectural or lead role.
• Expert proficiency in at least two major frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular) and associated ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js for tooling, scripting, or full-stack development.
• Hands-on experience in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, including modern features like async/await, modules, and Flexbox/Grid.
• Solid understanding of web performance optimization, SEO best practices, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Experience with TypeScript for type-safe JavaScript development.
• proficient in React, Vue, or Angular at a production level (Atleast one)
• Knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., RESTful APIs, GraphQL) to facilitate seamless full-stack integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Vercel for deployment.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a portfolio showcasing innovative frontend work.
