The Role in a Nutshell

As our Senior UX Researcher, you are the bridge between human behaviour and business strategy. You won't just be running tests; youll be embedding a rigorous, evidence-based perspective into our highest-level decisions. Youll partner with UX designers and cross-functional leads to ensure every pixel and pivot is backed by deep user understanding.

What Youll Master

• Strategic Leadership: Lead the charge in developing data tools and initiatives that align user needs with our core business objectives.
• Research Advocacy: Champion an "insights-first" culture, facilitating alignment across stakeholders to ensure research is at the heart of our roadmap.
• Operational Excellence: Streamline our UX research workflows, maintaining the best-in-class tools and documentation that keep our team moving fast.
• Knowledge Synthesis: Transform complex data into clear, compelling stories and reports that drive transparency and momentum.
• Future-Proofing: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating emerging tech (like AI/Perplexity/ChatGPT) and industry trends into our research stack.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 5 to 15 years in an in-house research team, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Methodology: A mastery of both qualitative and quantitative methodsyou know which tool to pull from the belt for every challenge.
• Communication: Elite analytical skills and the ability to articulate "the why" to anyone from developers to CEOs.
• The Toolkit: Pro-level proficiency in Pendo, UserTesting, Hotjar, Dovetail, Maze, and Figma/Figjam.
• Mindset: Youre a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and leads with empathy, imagination, and kindness.
