User Experience Researcher

As a Sr UX researcher, you'll play a critical role in enhancing user experience through the strategic use of data and research insights. You will collaborate closely with the UX team and cross-functional partners, embedding a rigorous research perspective into strategic decisions that drive both user and business value.

We are looking for:

5+ years of experience working within an in-house research team or relevant work experience

Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods

Experience writing reports and internal communications

Excellent communication and analytical skills

Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with a cross-functional team

Experience with agile process and delivery models

A rigorous approach to documentation and organization

Tools: Pendo, User Testing, Hotjar, Figjam, User Zoom, Jira, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Helpscout, Google Workspace, Quicksight, Miro, FigJam, Dovetail, Maze
