Required Qualifications & Experience

Total Experience: Minimum 15 years in marketing and digital experience roles.

UX Design Experience: At least 10 years in UX design, web experience management, or digital creative roles.

Website Management: Minimum 5 years managing large-scale corporate websites (50100+ pages).

Managerial Experience: 23 years leading small to mid-sized teams or managing cross-functional digital projects.

Organizational Experience: Experience in a large organization (1,000+ employees) with global or multi-regional operations.

Strong understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, etc.), SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or Webflow.

Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to align digital initiatives with business strategy and measurable outcomes.

Preferred Skills

Experience in B2B technology or IT services organizations.

Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).

Understanding of web security, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.

Strong creative storytelling ability and visual design sensibility.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
