Summary: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and executing automated test scripts using Selenium. Your typical day will involve working with the development team to ensure the quality of software products through automated testing. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium to ensure the quality of software products. - Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner. - Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure the quality of code. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in test automation to continuously improve the testing process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Test Automation Strategy. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience in creating and maintaining automated test scripts. - Experience in identifying and resolving defects in a timely manner. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Selenium. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products. - This position is based at our Chennai office.
