Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.

Summary: As a User Experience Engineer, you will be accountable for prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. You will translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent. Your typical day will involve working closely with the design team to understand their requirements and collaborating with the development team to implement user-friendly solutions. You will also be responsible for conducting usability testing and gathering feedback to continuously improve the user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and improve the user experience. - Translate design concepts into tangible prototype solutions. - Collaborate with the design team to understand their requirements. - Implement user-friendly solutions in collaboration with the development team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google BigQuery, Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices. - Experience in building responsive web applications using React.js. - Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and ability to collaborate effectively with designers. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex front-end issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in React.js. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
