Key Responsibilities:

Conduct UX research using qualitative and quantitative methods to gather insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
Translate research findings into actionable design solutions that enhance user engagement and CX .
Design intuitive UI components, wireframes, and prototypes that align with user needs and business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to define and implement design strategies.
Maintain design consistency and usability across multiple platforms (web, mobile, and enterprise applications).
Develop customer journey maps and user flows to visualize and optimize the user experience.
Stay updated with design trends, usability best practices, and emerging technologies in UX, UI, and CX.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in product design , with a strong portfolio showcasing UX research, UI design, and CX improvements.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, Lucidchart , etc.
Experience conducting user research through surveys, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
Strong knowledge of UI design principles , interaction design, and accessibility standards.
Good understanding of CX principles and how they impact business and user satisfaction.
Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
