User Experience Designer (UX)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and creative UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive, visually engaging web and mobile experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate ideas and requirements into seamless user experiences. This role is ideal for designers at the early stage of their career who are eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

* Design user-centric UI screens, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes

* Translate business and product requirements into intuitive, elegant user experiences

* Ensure consistency in design language, components, and visual standards across all products

* Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of designs

* Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and usability discussions

* Iterate designs based on feedback, usability findings, and product goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

* 2+ years of UX/UI design experience (internships and academic projects included)

* Strong proficiency in Figma; familiarity with tools such as Framer, Adobe XD, or similar design tools

* Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and responsive design for web and mobile platforms

* Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

* A strong portfolio with case studies showcasing design thinking and problem-solving skills

* Prior exposure to ERP and/or Fintech platforms is a plus
