Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a User Experience Designer based in New Delhi. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, applying design thinking, creating intuitive user experiences, and developing prototypes. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design visually appealing and impactful digital interfaces that align with user needs and business goals. The role also entails testing prototypes and refining designs based on user feedback.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Design Thinking and User Research, with a strong ability to gather insights and identify key user needs
• Proficiency in User Experience (UX) principles and Prototyping tools to develop seamless and user-friendly experiences
• Strong skills in Visual Design, with a portfolio showcasing creative abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with modern UX/UI design tools and methodologies
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, plus prototyping tools (Protopie, Framer).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UI patterns.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development principles (preferred).
• Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
