User Experience Designer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a User Experience (UX) Designer located at our Surat office. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, creating user-centered designs, developing prototypes, and refining visual design elements to enhance the overall user experience. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are aligned with business goals and user needs.

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research methods to identify user needs and craft empathetic solutions
• Strong skills in User Experience (UX) design and Prototyping to create functional and intuitive interfaces
• Expertise in Visual Design principles, ensuring aesthetically pleasing and brand-aligned designs
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the luxury or jewelry industry is a plus
