Job Description:

We are looking for a UI / UX designer, able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research interviews and surveys and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wire frames, mock-ups and prototypes.

Roles & Responsibilities Required:

• Lead or manage design initiatives, contribute design ideas, and help guide the overall design direction when required.
• Translate product ideas and requirements into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that create intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and improve product usability.
• Design and deliver user journeys, interaction flows, and high-fidelity interface designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Ensure designs are responsive, scalable, and optimized across different devices and screen sizes.
• Identify usability issues and design problems, and propose effective, user-centric solutions.
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and content/copy teams to ensure design consistency and successful product delivery.
• Take a user-centered design approach, rapidly iterate designs based on feedback and testing results.
• Contribute to the overall product experience strategy, ensuring consistency across the product ecosystem.

Mandatory to Have:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably for mobile/SAAS platforms.
• Experience designing end-to-end digital product experiences across multiple touchpoints.
• Proficiency in UX and design tools such as Penpot, Miro, Framer, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of UX design principles, usability standards, and mobile-first design practices.
• Ability to understand detailed requirements and translate them into complete user experience solutions.
• Strong problem-solving ability and the capacity to iterate designs efficiently based on feedback.
