Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site User Experience Designer role based in Noida. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for conducting user research to understand user needs, applying design thinking principles to conceptualize solutions, creating prototypes, and refining user interfaces to enhance user satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and visually appealing designs that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research methodologies to identify and address user needs effectively
• Expertise in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) principles for crafting intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs
• Experience with Prototyping tools to test and refine ideas before final implementation
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with industry-standard design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to analyze feedback and iterate designs based on user testing and project goals
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Prior experience in digital or product design roles is a plus
