Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a User Experience (UX) Designer. The role involves developing user-centered designs through design thinking methodologies and conducting user research. The individual will create prototypes, enhance user journeys, and deliver visually appealing and effective designs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring a seamless user experience are key aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Product Design:Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms.
• Fintech Specialization:Simplify complex financial workflows, such as onboarding, transactions, portfolio tracking, and reporting.
• User Research & Testing:Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design concepts.
• Collaboration:Work closely with product managers, developers, and compliance teams to ensure feasibility and security.
• Design Strategy:Define information architecture and create design guidelines that align with business goals and user needs.Storm2

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience:3+ years in UX design, specifically within financial services, banking, or fintech industries.
• Portfolio:Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with complex, data-heavy, or transactional interfaces.
• Tools:Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge:Understanding of compliance requirements, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Skills:Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
