Were looking for a Senior UX Designer who understands SaaS systems, AI workflows, and real-world user behavior not just screens and visuals.

Role Overview

As a Senior UX Designer at LeoRix, you will own the user experience architecture of our SaaS platform. You will work closely with product managers, AI engineers, UI developers, and leadership to design experiences that make complex AI functionality feel simple, intuitive, and powerful .

This is a hands-on product role , not a support or agency role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end UX design for a SaaS-based AI platform
• Design user journeys, task flows, and information architecture for complex workflows
• Convert product requirements into wireframes, interaction models, and clickable prototypes
• Simplify AI-driven features (agents, automations, analytics) into intuitive UX flows
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations
• Collaborate with UI developers to ensure accurate UX implementation
• Continuously optimize UX based on user behavior, feedback, and product analytics
• Define and maintain UX standards, patterns, and experience guidelines
• Act as the UX advocate in product discussions and sprint planning

Required Technical & UX Skills (Must-Have):

• Strong proficiency in Figma (UX flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, design systems)
• Deep understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design
• Experience designing SaaS / B2B platforms with multi-step workflows
• Strong knowledge of Information Architecture (IA) and User Flow Modeling
• Hands-on experience with UX research methods :
• User interviews
• Usability testing
• Journey mapping
• Persona creation
• Ability to design for data-heavy dashboards and enterprise applications
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based UX
• Working knowledge of frontend technologies (React-based UI understanding preferred)
• Understanding of API-driven UI behaviors and async workflows
• Experience collaborating in Agile / Scrum environments

AI & SaaS Product Experience (Highly Preferred):

• Experience designing UX for AI-powered products (copilots, bots, workflow automation, analytics)
• Understanding of real-time interactions, streaming responses, and AI feedback loops
• Experience working with multi-tenant SaaS products
• Prior experience in product-based startups (strongly preferred)

Qualifications

• 47 years of hands-on UX design experience
• Proven experience in SaaS or enterprise product design
• Strong UX portfolio showcasing problem-solving, workflows, and product thinking
• Ability to independently own UX from concept to launch
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

Good to Have :

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience using product analytics tools (Hotjar, GA, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Experience designing for global enterprise users
