Role & Responsibilities

• Partner closely with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web, mobile web, and native apps
• Communicate design thinking through information architecture, mental models, user personas, empathy maps, and research insights
• Take ownership of the complete design lifecyclefrom concept to final delivery
• Apply contemporary design patterns and best practices across web and mobile platforms, including Android and iOS
• Design clean and scalable information architectures for complex products, incorporating thoughtful micro-interactions
• Ensure visual consistency and coherence across the product ecosystem
• Clearly articulate and rationalize design decisions to stakeholders

Ideal Candidate

• 48 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in a consumer technology or product-based company
• Strong understanding of web, mobile web, and app design principles
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Zeplin, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Excellent attention to detail with strong visual and aesthetic sensibilities
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and tell compelling design stories
• Graduation from a formal design program is preferred
