Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. Your typical day will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences, and translate them into design solutions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure a seamless user experience. - Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback. - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in user experience design, and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite. - Experience in conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and conducting usability testing. - Solid grasp of design thinking and agile methodologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful user-centered design solutions. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
