Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. You will be responsible for understanding user requirements and translating them into intuitive and visually appealing designs. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand user requirements. - Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to identify pain points and areas for improvement. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts. - Design and implement user-friendly interfaces that align with user needs and business goals. - Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience design. - Assist in the development of design guidelines and standards for consistent user experiences. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with user research methodologies. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. - Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. - Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Axure. - Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
