User Assistance Developer 4

You will develop and maintain AI-driven user assistance for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, collaborating with engineering, UX, and product teams to design next-gen assistance technologies. This role goes beyond traditional writing, involving the creation and management of AI-assisted content pipelines, including prompt design, retrieval strategies, output evaluation, and human-in-the-loop validation. You’ll work with generative agents, large language models (LLMs), and RAG-enabled AI systems to deliver accurate, scalable, and context-aware documentation. A background in applied AI for content systems is required, including hands-on experience with prompt engineering, LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI output evaluation, and content grounding techniques.
