Roles & Responsibilities User Acquisition Manager

• Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across digital channels (Google, Meta, affiliates, etc.)
• Drive high-quality leads and improve cost per acquisition (CPA)
• Manage paid marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI
• Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversions
• Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to align growth strategies
• Track KPIs such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and retention metrics
• Identify new growth channels and scaling opportunities
• Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends

Preferred Profile

• Proven experience in performance marketing/user acquisition
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• ExRMG candidates preferred
