Job DescriptionWe are seeking a confident and proactive US Virtual Assistant with experience in cold calling and administrative support to work on US-based projects. This is an onsite role requiring alignment with US EST working hours and direct interaction with US prospects and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform cold calling to US prospects for lead generation, appointment setting, and follow-ups
- Communicate professionally with US clients and prospects via phone and email
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Update and maintain CRM systems with call outcomes and lead status
- Prepare reports, call logs, and daily activity summaries
- Conduct online research and build targeted prospect lists
- Handle email management, documentation, and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams and US stakeholders to meet project goals
- Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or US-friendly accent
- Proven experience in cold calling / telecalling / lead generation for US clients
- Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Experience working in US EST time zones (preferred)
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management abilities
- Willingness to work night shifts (US hours)
- Comfortable working onsite from Greater Noida West
- Experience with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, GoHighLevel, etc.
- Prior exposure to US sales processes and appointment-setting models
- Experience in B2B or service-based outbound calling
- Basic knowledge of marketing, sales funnels, or client onboarding
- Direct exposure to US clients and international sales projects
- Structured growth path in sales and client operations
- Stable onsite role with a collaborative team environment
