Job Title : US Technical Recruiter (IT/NON IT/MANUFACTURING/LIGHT INDUSTRY/HEALTH*)

Job Type : Full Time Employment

Experience : 0.5-2 years

Salary : 15000 - 25000

Location: Remote

Timings : Night Shift (6:30 PM IST to 4:00 AM IST)

Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity in US Recruitment to work in a dynamic environment to grow the Career.

Key Responsibilities

Identify strong candidates via various sources such as resume databases (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), job postings, social media campaigns, networking, career fairs, and phone calls.

Should have worked both for W2, 1099 and C2C.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screening with candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Post job openings on various job portals and platforms.

Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Proactively source candidates to meet staffing requirements.

Manage and update candidate profiles and job postings within the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications

6 Months to 2 years of experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment for US staffing.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.

IT background/Engineering hiring experience is an added advantage.
