US Tech - Power Platform Architect - Manager

Power Platform Tech Lead (Full Stack - architect) 

Responsibilities: 

This role will Lead the implementation of Power Platform solutions, ensuring best practices are followed and solutions are scalable and maintainable. The architect is expected to consolidate existing architecture and consolidate for future development. He/she will Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to align solutions with business goals and objectives.  

The role requires extensive experience in architecting and strategizing solutions in power suite. Lead technical design efforts, oversee solution development and ensure high performing product delivery with quality. 

This role will soon be expected to implement AI driven solutions and integrations within Power Platform applications developed by the internal team. 

Technical Experience: 

• Technologies: PowerApps, Power BI, Grafana, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams, Exchange, power Automate, Azure, PowerShell, Dataverse, SQL Server, Generative AI 

• Programming/Scripting Languages: C#, ASP.Net MVC, ETL Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS 

• Strong knowledge of databases.  

Qualification: 

• 10-13+ years of application development experience with Microsoft Office365 tools/technologies 

• Design and architect solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. 

• SQL Server and Data Verse knowledge to integrate with Power APPS/Power BI. In depth knowledge of handling data via relational / non-relational databases with ADF (Azure Data Factory) pipelines 

• Proven Experience in designing and developing Grafana dashboards  

• Working knowledge and understanding of AI integration 

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) to ensure that solutions are designed in alignment with broader business strategies 

• Understanding of end-to-end DevOps lifecycle 

• Understanding of various access levels and access group creations for dashboard security 

• Creating comprehensive documentation for power BI solutions including best practices, user guides and design specifications. 

• Proficiency in building custom apps using Power Apps to streamline business processes and support business requirements 

• Hands-on programming experience with languages such as C#, JavaScript, and familiarity with SQL for database management 

• Understanding of data manipulation, automation, and integration to create effective solutions that work with various data sources 

• Work and suggest alternate solutions in case of designing and architecting Microsoft Apps  

• Working knowledge and experience working on development teams using software development methodologies/processes and best practices. 

• Experience presenting and training internal and external stakeholders to include senior leaders. 

• Excellent written/verbal communication and multi-tasking skills 

• Familiarity/experience with CMMI preferred but not required
