Qualifications
- Knowledge of US tax laws, regulations, and tax return preparation for businesses, and partnerships, 1065, 1120, 1120s
- Skills in financial analysis, tax compliance, and tax planning
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in reviewing and auditing financial and tax documents
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members and address tax-related inquiries
- Proficiency in tax preparation and reporting software tools
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to staying updated with changes in tax laws and requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus)
- Relevant experience in US taxation is preferred
