MM CPA Services is a high-growth, startup Tax and Accounting CPA firm headquartered in Houston, Texas . We serve clients across several US states, specializing in tax preparation, bookkeeping, and payroll tax compliance. As we expand our offshore operations in Hyderabad, we are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team to join us at both the Staff (Preparer) and Senior (Reviewer) levels and grow with us.

1. US Tax Preparer (Staff Level)

• Focus: Accurate data entry, bookkeeping adjustments, and drafting initial returns.
• Key Tasks: Reconcile QuickBooks data, prepare 1040, Schedule C (Business) and Schedule E (Rentals), business returns and manage client documents in TaxDome.
• Experience: 13 years in US Taxation (offshore).

2. US Tax Reviewer (Senior Level)

• Focus: Technical accuracy, final quality control, and team mentorship.
• Key Tasks: Conduct "Level 1 and 2" reviews in Drake Tax, manage the TaxDome pipeline, resolve complex basis tracking issues, and provide feedback to preparers.
• Experience: 47+ years in US Taxation. Enrolled Agent (EA) status is highly preferred.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Software: Must have hands-on experience with Drake Tax and QuickBooks .
• Workflow: Familiarity with TaxDome for project management.
• Forms: Proficiency in US Federal forms (1040, 1065, 1120S) and multi-state returns.
• Education: CA/CMA (Inter or Final),M.Com or MBA (Finance) or Enrolled Agent.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English for direct collaboration with our US-based clients.
• Shift: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST shift.
