Job Description
We are currently hiring for our client : Fastest growing US based Accounting firm .
Experience: 2+ Yrs in US sourcing or recruitments (Sr/ Associate ) ; 5+ Yrs for TL/AM
Time : 2 PM 11 PM (IST)
Role Overview : The US Talent Sourcer is responsible for building high-quality candidate pipelines for US-based roles by sourcing, engaging, and qualifying talent across multiple channels.
The role requires strong experience in Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, market research with an understanding of US hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters / hiring managers to understand role requirements & sourcing strategy
- Source candidates for US-based roles across job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and communities
- Use Boolean search, X-ray search, and advanced filters to identify relevant profiles
- Screen candidates for skills, experience, compensation, and work authorization
- Maintain and update ATS / recruitment trackers
- Build talent pipelines for recurring or niche roles
- Conduct initial candidate engagement & scheduling support
- Share market intelligence and talent insights with the TA team
- Ensure data accuracy & sourcing SLAs
- Support diversity sourcing initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in US sourcing / recruitment / 5+ Yrs for TL / AM level
- Experience sourcing for mid-level and senior roles
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn Talent tools , Job boards (Indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.),ATS or CRM tools
- Knowledge of US job market, time zones & basic hiring norms
- Excellent communication & written outreach skills
- Strong analytical and research ability
