US - Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Coordinator for our US Talent Acquisition team!

Are you highly organized, people-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who can support our recruiting efforts from end to end helping us deliver an exceptional candidate experience while keeping the engine running behind the scenes!

What Youll Do:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple roles, teams, and time zones

- Post jobs, maintain candidate pipelines, and track status updates for each role

- Manage candidate communication, feedback collection, and logistics (including travel, if needed)

- Keep our internal systems up to date with complete and accurate candidate records

- Support hiring managers and recruiters with scheduling, onboarding documents, and background check results

- Champion a smooth, professional, and engaging candidate experience always looking for ways to improve it!

What Were Looking For:

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- A Bachelors degree in English, Mass Communication, Philosophy, or related field

- A natural multitasker with strong organizational and project management skills

- Experience in Administration, BPO, Call Centers, Logistics, or PM coordination

- A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering results through teamwork

-Willing to work for US timings (India - night shifts)
