About the Role
V Group is expanding its public-sector staffing operations and is seeking a dynamic US Staffing Trainer to lead and elevate our recruitment teams. If you're passionate about mentoring recruiters, streamlining staffing processes, and driving excellence in State & Government contract hiring, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
As a Trainer, youll be instrumental in building recruiter capabilities across State client programs, ensuring process excellence, compliance, and consistent performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive US Recruitment Process Training to individuals and corporate teams based on business requirements.
- Train both lateral and non-lateral staff on dedicated ATS platforms, US recruitment lifecycle, and industry best practices.
- Lead process training programs for recruiters focused on State and Federal client hiring.
- Design and deliver structured training modules covering: US Staffing lifecycle for State contracts (Contract, C2C, W2), RFPs, RFQs, and SOW-based hiring, End-to-end recruitment workflow and submission processes
- Provide in-depth training on US tax terms and employment types (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp) and US visa categories (USC, GC, H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD).
- Conduct compliance training sessions covering E-Verify, background verification, NDAs, and other regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate LOB-specific (Line of Business) training across multiple verticals.
- Conduct refresher sessions on compliance, recruiter communication, and client-specific hiring processes.
- Standardize recruitment and submission practices for State clients in alignment with client SLAs.
- Monitor recruiter performance metrics and generate data-driven reports to track training effectiveness and hiring outcomes.
- Provide structured training, coaching, grooming, and mentoring to aspiring recruiters and recruitment managers.
- Offer continuous performance feedback and implement improvement plans to enhance recruiter productivity and compliance adherence.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in US Staffing, with at least 2 years in training or leadership roles focused on State/Government staffing
- Deep understanding of public-sector recruitment, compliance policies, and VMS/MSP environments
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn) and major job boards
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to create engaging training content and deliver impactful sessions (onsite & virtual)
