About the Role OraApps INC is hiring an experienced US Staffing Financial Recruiter to support our US based clients in hiring top talent across Finance & Accounting roles. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and submitting quality profiles for contract and full-time positions within US staffing.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Finance & Accounting requirements

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and database

Screen candidates for skill fit, communication, and role alignment

Work on roles such as:

o Financial Analyst

o Accountant (AP/AR)

o Staff Accountant

o Tax Analyst

o Payroll Specialist

o Audit Analyst

o Finance Manager

o Bookkeeper

Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups

Submit profiles to clients/vendors with complete documentation

Negotiate pay rates and close positions within timelines

Maintain ATS updates and daily recruitment trackers

Ensure compliance with US staffing process and documentation Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in US staffing recruitment (Finance/Accounting preferred)

Strong understanding of US staffing terms (W2, C2C, 1099, VMS/MSP)

Excellent sourcing and screening skills

Good knowledge of Finance & Accounting job roles and skill sets

Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working in US night shift timings Preferred Skills

Experience working with VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.)

Experience working with Tier-1 vendors / direct clients

Strong negotiation and closure skills

ATS experience (any) Work Mode & Timings

Work Mode: Onsite (Hyderabad) Shift: US Night Shift (EST/CST)

Working Days: Monday to Friday
