US Staffing Delivery Specialist (Night Shift)

Drive day-to-day delivery execution, bench and recruiting coordination, and executive support so submittals, follow-ups, and meetings run on time and nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Recruiting Operations

• Coordinate and track client and prime vendor submissions, ensuring resumes, rate sheets, and compliance docs are accurate and timely.
• Partner with the recruiting and bench-sales teams to prioritize open roles, schedule candidate submittals, and monitor pipeline status.
• Manage job boards and LinkedIn job leads: posting roles, refreshing ads, and routing applicants to the appropriate recruiter.
• Support bench management by tracking available consultants, their status, and outreach activity to vendors/clients.

Client, Vendor, and Candidate Communication

• Execute structured follow-ups with clients and vendors (email and phone) for submittals, interview coordination, and status updates.
• Prepare and send standard communication such as experience letters, onboarding instructions, and status summaries as directed by leadership.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in ATS/CRM and produce simple weekly delivery reports.

Requirements

• 36 years in staffing operations, recruiting coordination, sales coordination, or high-level executive assistant role (ideally in recruiting/consulting).
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with proven ability to juggle many moving tasks and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable communicating with clients, vendors, and senior candidates.
• Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM tools, job boards, and calendaring tools; strong proficiency with spreadsheets and shared docs.
